healthy eating is a priority in being productive, even if you don't wanna be productive its a really important thing, to be going out to do some type of physical activity everyday maybe a morning run or maybe open your phone or tv and put some zumba workouts or a walk around your house or just walk around your house and if your really willing to lose weight buy some work out stuff to help you and do your research about what type of diet you wanna do be ready to lose weight make sure your food shopping stays on track but remmber never strave yourself
